How can I make a reservation?

A reservation can be done by phone, via e-mail or via the booking system on our website.

When is my reservation request definite?

After reception of your reservation request, you will receive an invoice with a payment link from us within 24 hours if we also approve the reservation request as such. The booking is only final when this payment has been made. After payment you agree to our rental conditions.

What are the payment conditions?

You have to pay your stay in advance with us. After reception of the invoice and payment link, you must pay the full invoice amount into our account within 1 week. After that, your booking is final. If we do not receive your payment within 1 week (after sending the invoice with payment link), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If your reservation is made in a different way than directly via, the payment conditions may differ from the above payment conditions.

How late can we check-in?

On the day of arrival you can check in between 3 PM and 7 PM.

How late is check out?

You have to check out on day of departure before 11 AM.

What are the liability conditions?

During your stay in our guesthouse, the tenant is liable for the room, the furnishings and all items that belong to the rented object.
Any damage caused by the tenant or co-tenants must be reported to the owner immediately.
In the event of direct damage or loss to Releash Aljezur property caused by you as a guest, additional costs will be charged to the tenant.
The owner is, except for legal liability, never liable for loss, theft and/or (injury) damage caused to or by tenants of Releash Aljezur and is therefore limited to the amount paid for the rented property.
The owner is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence and other external factors.
The owner shall not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or alteration caused by any factors beyond its control.
The owner has the right to cancel a reservation at any time if circumstances beyond the owner's control force or require him to do so. In such a case, the owner is only obliged to refund the (part of the) rental amount already paid by the tenant.

What are the cancellation conditions?

In the unlikely event that you are unable to use our guesthouse and have to cancel your planned stay, you must report this to us as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the owner (Releash Aljezur) is entitled to the following compensation:

Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
Within 8 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total rent.
Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rent.

If your reservation is made in a different way than directly via, the cancellation conditions may differ from the above cancellation conditions.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance in any case.
